This program is open to youth with determination and focus! Training with a group of up to 12 kids means the energy is high while our trainers can still ensure each athlete receives individual adjustments to meet them at their level.

Sparks: Ages 9+

Sparks Elite: Ages 13+ (with trainer approval to advance)

Sports teams can train together! Ttraining time designed to reduce imbalances and strengthen muscle groups specific to the sport. Also includes speed, agility, vertical training, and a focus on the importance of nutrition, hydration, and myofascial release needed to help each body perform at its best.

Coach input highly regarded and pre/post testing tracks progress towards goals.

A private option for those who want direct one-on-one attention to focus on specific goals. With dedicated time, our trainers can hone in on a custom exercise and nutrition plan, making sure you spend your time in the most efficient and effective manner.

1:1 TRAINING

ON SITE CLINICS

We come to you! We can send a team of trainers to your organization to work with kids on a weekly basis or for an annual seminar. We have partnered with schools, community organizations, and club teams including CBPA, Armstrong Youth Basketball Association, Pine Tar Academy, and others.
