Get back on schedule and make time for YOU this fall! Join with a team of 3-5 people (or we put you on a team). You'll compete to earn points through building muscle, losing fat, and earning MyZone effort points.
The cool thing about teams? You not only get the support of your trainer, but you have a built-in support system, cheering you on the whole way.
Registration fee gets you three progress check-ins (beginning, middle, end), MUST schedule a time through MINDBODY. We will also have some amazing sponsors who will donate prizes for the winning team and top two individuals! Talk to your coach if you'd like help with a nutrition or workout plan.
