Small group personal training is a great way for people to be challenged by a personal trainer while enjoying the community created in a group setting. 


To give our clients truly personalized attention, our small groups are limited to 12 participants, oftentimes with more than one trainer. This smaller group setting allows our clients to meet others with similar life and fitness goals who can help hold you accountable and support you. During each workout, one of our trainers will work with you to help push you out of your comfort zone, modify or adjust the workouts to fit your needs and abilities, and help give you the results you're looking for!


With up to 6 different class times each day, 6 days a week, you can pick the times and days each week that work best for you! 

Our program is designed to get you moving, feeling, and looking your best! If you're brand new to fitness or just getting back into your own fitness journey, don't worry! Our program is great for any fitness level and can be modified to better suit your needs. Try us out today!
