Small group personal training is a great way to be challenged by a personal trainer while enjoying the community created in a group setting. 


For truly personalized attention, small groups are limited to 8 participants per trainer. During each workout, one of our trainers will help motivate you, push you out of your comfort zone, adjust the workouts to fit your needs and abilities, and help give you the results you're looking for!

You'll also partner with others in class with similar goals who can help support you.

With up to 5 different class times each day, 6 days a week, you can pick the times and days each week that work best for you! 


Our program is designed to help you move, feel, and look your best! And don't worry, you don't need to "get in shape" before joining Fuse - that's what we're here for! Try us out and let us help assess your individual needs!
