SPARKS ELITE: AGES 14+
Max of 8 kids per class and open to those who want to improve their mobility, speed, strength, agility, power, and endurance.
Whether currently an athlete or just getting into fitness, this program is open to youth with determination and focus.
We approach performance holistically and try to instill a foundation of health. Each week, kids get homework that focuses on one healthy habit (such as drinking a certain amount of water every day or eat a serving of vegetables with every meal). Those who successfully complete the homework are entered into drawings for prizes.

Profesional trainers guide participants based on their specific goals and athletic endeavors. Testing is performed at beginning, middle, and end of each session to measure progress and results.

Starting at 3:30 pm
With classes offered up to 3 times per day, 4 days per week, you can the options that work each week. There is no set schedule and no commitment necessary (but we hope you'll want to commit)!
