YOUTH PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT TRAINING
Sparks Youth Performance Enhancement is a small group training program designed for kids ages 9 to 14.
Sparks is open to kids looking to improve their mobility, speed, strength, agility, power, and endurance. Whether currently an athlete or just getting into fitness, this program is open to youth with determination and focus.

Participants will work with trainers who guide them based on their specific and measurable goals. Testing is performed at the beginning, middle, and end of each 10-week sparks session to measure their progress.

Each week, kids will get homework that focuses on a healthy habit (such as drinking a certain amount of water every day, eat a serving of vegetables with every meal, etc.). Kids who successfully complete the homework go into drawings for prizes.
Sparks is offered at Fuse Fitness Coaching in 10-week sessions at various times throughout the year.

September 9th-November 14th
Choose any number of days per week, and you can change the number of days AND which days you train each week. There is no set schedule you have to commit to. We know everyone is busy, and we want to accommodate that while still allowing your kid to participate in a great program!
