YOUTH TRAINING

Sparks Youth Training is a small group training program designed for kids ages 9 to 14. Sparks Elite Youth Training is designed for kids 14+ or with coaches approval.

Sparks and Sparks Elite are open to kids looking to improve their mobility, speed, strength, agility, power, and endurance. Whether currently an athlete or just getting into fitness, this program is open to youth with determination and focus.

MEASURABLE PROGRESS

Participants will work with trainers who guide them based on their specific and measurable goals. Testing is performed at the beginning, middle, and end of each 10-week sparks session to measure their progress.

HEALTHY HOMEWORK

Each week, kids will get homework that focuses on a healthy habit (such as drinking a certain amount of water every day, eat a serving of vegetables with every meal, etc.). Kids who successfully complete the homework go into drawings for prizes.

Sparks is offered at Fuse Fitness Coaching in 10-week sessions at various times throughout the year

2020 SPRING Session:

March 30th - June 4th

Monday - Thursday

5:00pm - 5:55pm

 

2020 SUMMER Session

June 15th - August 20th

Monday -Thursday

12:00pm - 12:55pm

5:00pm - 5:55pm

(no class the week of July 4th)

FLEXIBILITY

You can pick which and how many days of the week your athlete would like to come. There is no set schedule you have to commit to. We know everyone is busy, and we want to accommodate that while still allowing your kid to participate in a great program!
