Congratulations to our clients, The Champlin Park Volleyball Team, on their 2019 State Championship!


Our workouts are designed to reduce imbalances and strengthen muscle groups that are specific to the sport of the team training with us. We also incorporate speed & agility training that is appropriate for the sport. 

We like to sit down with coaches and pick a few measures to test the athletes on in the beginning and end of our programming to show where the athletes improved. These measures are typically indicative of performance in the sport. 

We also talk to athletes about the importance of nutrition and myofascial release as well. It's not enough to just get our bodies to move; it's how efficiently and how effectively our body is working that leads to improved performance. Our workouts cannot be efficient or effective without proper nutrition, hydration, and proper range of motion. We talk to athletes about setting personal goals in these areas to help them achieve the results they're looking for. 



We can do 30 minute or 60 minute sessions one or more times per week. We have several different time slots available (first come, first serve).
