Behavior, not results based, team challenge
Focus on the behaviors and the results will come.

We'll soon leave 2021 behind, and in 2022 we will focus on getting back to the foundation of fitness, focusing on consistent behaviors that drive results!
Here's how: You join with a team of 3-5 people (or we put you on a team) and compete for 6 weeks to earn points through different behaviors each week and earning MyZone effort points.
The cool thing about teams? You not only get the support of your trainer, but you have a built-in support system, cheering you on the whole way.
Registration fee gets you three motivation sessions (beginning, middle, end) with nutrition and results coaching, but you MUST schedule a time through MINDBODY. We will also have some amazing sponsors who will donate prizes for the winning team and top individuals!
