Falling back into  Fitness!

September 17th - November 11th

Get back on schedule and make time for YOU this fall! Join with a team of 3-4 people (or we put you on a team). You'll compete to earn points through building muscle, losing fat, and earning MyZone effort points.
The cool thing about teams? You not only get the support of your trainer, but you have a built-in support system, cheering you on the whole way.

Registration fee gets you three progress check-ins (beginning, middle, end - must schedule through MINDBODY), tank top, Kickoff and Midpoint Bootcamp, challenge party to celebrate winners, and the chance to win cash prizes. Talk to your coach if you'd like help with a nutrition or workout plan.

Early Bird Registration:
Until September 4th, $60

Regular Registration:
September 5th - September 12th, $70

Includes 3 check-ins, challenge top, Kickoff and midpoint boot camps, challenge party, and chance to win CASH prizes!
