The IGNITE phase of Fuse Fitness Coaching focuses on unilateral strength and balance/core movements, mobility and nutrition.

With IGNITE we build the fire and form the foundation and the base for good, strong movement.

Even elite athletes will develop imbalances over time, which, if not corrected, can lead to injury. This phase corrects imbalances and gets your body ready to build muscle and/or burn fat.

​

While new clients are welcome and encouraged to jump in at any point during our programming, IGNITE is the first phase of programming.
